This elegant and refined Il Mattarello Rolling Pin has tapered edges in the French style, which gives you more control over the pressure exerted when rolling out dough. The shape also makes it easier to roll away and towards you, in rounded motions. Like other pieces in the Marcato Heritage collection, it is crafted from strong, solid Canaletto walnut wood, which has distinctly dark veins.

About The Brand
Marcato
In 1930, Otello Marcato made the first-ever pasta rolling machine in a workshop behind his house and sold them to neighbours on his bicycle. He opened a factory in Campodarsego, Padua, eight years later, where Marcato still produces all of their products today. Their machines are recognized all over the world for unbeatable quality.
