The Paderno Stainless Steel Egg Separator removes egg yolks from egg whites in one simple move. The large centre cup will hold any size yolk, whilst the four holes on the side allow the white to flow out easily. A long handle gives superb ease and comfort of use and the extension on the front of the cup allow you to rest the separator on bowls and containers for extra support. The handle also includes a loop at the end for hanging. As with all Paderno products, this is impeccably well-made and built to last.
