This Wusthof Classic Ikon Knife Sharpener helps keep blades razor-sharp. The 2-stage pull-through sharpener features a tungsten steel to sharpen blunt blades and a ceramic steel to regularly hone and maintain your knives. Plus, its ambidextrous design allows for easy sharpening by both right and left-handers. The ergonomic handle and the non-slip base of the knife sharpener ensure safe handling. Cannot be used for serrated blades.

For over 200 hundred years, the Wusthof has manufactured their knives in Solingen, Germany, known as the ‘City of Blades’.
