Resilient and heavy duty, this will not warp, rust or peel. The alloy core spreads heat fast and evenly, producing perfect baking in a reduced time. The anodised aluminium surface will give a naturally easy release and will become more and more non-stick over time. Not dishwasher safe, but very easy to clean.
