This little baker is perfect for a baked Camembert or Brie. Place your cheese in the porcelain dish uncovered and bake for 15-20 mins at 180C. Once baked, place a burning tea light candle onto the cast iron stand followed by the cheese baker with the lid on and this will keep the cheese soft and warm throughout the evening.
