In this 90-minute online cooking class, which takes place on Zoom, you'll learn how to make Chinese dumplings entirely from scratch (that's right, including the wrapper). As with all our classes, we'll weave in skills and techniques you can use long after class is over. No special equipment is required, and the key ingredients are easy to source. You have the option to make traditional pork and cabbage dumplings with a dipping sauce, or swap out the pork for chicken, tofu or mushrooms.
