A beautiful piece of cast iron made in one of France's oldest foundries. The Crane Herringbone Griddle pan has been designed by leading French industrial designer, Inga Sempe. The herringbone pattern grill is both aesthetically eye-catching and functional as it channels cooking juices to either of the two pouring spouts. This stunning griddle pan features a large surface area to make it possible to prepare large quantities of food, and the power-grip handles help to make it easier to handle. Coated with a vitreous enamel and suitable for use on all types of hobs including induction.
