The de Buyer Stainless Steel Dough Scraper is more innovative than it first appears. The plastic handle ensures you have a good grip on the scraper without warming up any of the dough. The flexible stainless steel blade allows you to cut various types of soft and rigid pastries as well as scraping doughs and surfaces from rounded bowls and containers. It is dishwasher-safe.
