This class will provide you with an in-depth knowledge of lactic fermentation and home pickling. Beyond being trendy, pickles are a fantastic way to add colour, zing, and nutrition to any meal, which is why every cuisine features some version of them. We'll teach you how to do it safely and provide a springboard for you to get creative with other vegetables and flavours. By the end of class, you'll have jars of Korean kimchi, Moroccan preserved lemons, and pickled cucumbers.
