In this 90-minute online cookery class, you learn how to use a pasta maker to create perfect ravioli, mezzalune and tortellini from scratch. (Did you know filled pasta is an excellent way to use up leftovers?) Pasta novices and experts alike will learn skills and techniques that build confidence—we'll help you take our eyes off the recipe and on your food. At the end of class, you’ll be ready to tuck into various shapes of pasta with a spinach-ricotta filling topped with a lemony sage brown butter sauce.
