In this 90-minute cookalong, you’ll learn how to turn flour into fresh pasta in the comfort of your home kitchen. Our classes focus on skills and techniques rather than recipes—the goal is for you to leave with the confidence to go off-script, developing your instincts and creativity as a cook. Since this class requires a pasta maker, it is ideal for anybody who wants to get more use out of theirs (or add one to their kitchen). At the end, you’ll have made tagliatelle, capellini (angel hair pasta), and a classic marinara sauce.
