This Gastrolux Non-Stick Roasting Pan with Lid comes from their ingenious range of non-stick cookware. The patented Biotan non-stick, hygienic, ceramic coating means no oil is needed. The alloy base is extremely durable and has great heat retention allowing you to reduce cooking temperature, ecologically reducing energy use (and your bill). The roasting pan is easy to clean with just a little soap and hot water. Perfect for roasting in a delicious, healthy way. Comes with a strong oven-safe glass lid.
