The Seki Magoroku KK Yanagiba slicing knife has a long, slim blade that’s one-sided, enabling precise and wafer-thin cuts. It is perfect for slicing fish in long, fluid strokes without pause. Made of high carbon stainless steel, it is decorated with a soft, wavy line as a satin finish. The octagonal matt black pakkawood handle is suitable for both left- and right-handed cooks.
