With this Kuchenprofi Jam & Candy Thermometer you can prepare delicious caramel, candied fruit, jams and jellies to the perfect consistency. With temperature markings in both °C and °F you can achieve everything from melting chocolate to candy Soft Ball through Hard Crack stages, well as Deep Fry.
Before each use place the thermometer in hot water to warm it up to avoid sudden temperature shocks; leave it to rest in hot water between temperature checks. Temperature range from 40°C to 200°C
