Kuhn Rikon's New Life Pro range features products that are made entirely from recycled European aluminium, as well as produced with up to 95% less energy than conventional aluminium ovenware. Since this recycled aluminium is an alloy, it has the added benefit of being harder than pure aluminium, resulting in a more durable product. The interiors are finished with three coats of non-stick material made with ceramic composite, resulting in a smooth finish that is very easy to clean. (Do not use it in the dishwasher or scrub with abrasive materials.) Heat-safe up to 240°C, it is also resists thermal shock. Narrow integrated handles make it easier to fit in ovens and cupboards for storage.
