This Lotus Grill Pizza Stone Set is great to use on its own or, for optimum results, in combination with the Lotus Grill and Lotus Grill Hood. The hood will contain the heat and simulate a pizza oven, while the stone distributes heat evenly to create a consistent baking temperature and draws moisture away from the dough for a crispier crust. We love the smoky flavour you get using the Lotus Grill beech charcoal too.
