How do I clean my Lotus Grill?
The Lotus Grill is easily disassembled. Once excess fat has been removed from both the grill plate and the inner bowl these items can be placed in a dishwasher or hand washed. Avoid using abrasive cleaning tools as these may scratch the stainless steel. For stubborn stains, you may soak the grill plate or stainless steel bowl overnight or use a stainless steel cleaning product.
LotusGrill recommends cleaning your BBQ after every use to avoid baked-on fat and juices which will be harder to remove later. Because the Lotus Grill has been designed to use reflective heat it will not work to its best possible standard if it is not clean.
