Fully-forged from superior, high carbon, stain-free German steel, the taper-ground blade is very strong and resilient and is joined to the handle with a well-balanced bolster. The handle is made of Santoprene® thermoplastic rubber which makes it comfortable to hold and ensures a non-slip grip. The attractive glass block with a stainless steel stand has protective feet under the base and can be easily taken apart for cleaning.
