In this 90-minute online class, which takes place on Zoom, we’ll teach you the skills and techniques behind making chicken (or mushroom) shawarma, homemade flatbread, and tabouli salad. You'll gain an understanding of basic knife skills, how to season salads in a Mediterranean style, how to work with yeasted dough, and how to tenderise proteins using yoghurt. There is no special equipment required for this class, and ingredients are easy to source.
