Our Mindful Eating & Healthy Cooking Class teaches the ABC's of good nutrition and how to apply those principles to your cooking. We'll teach by example, cooking a selection of dishes that incorporate a variety of colours and textures (as well as key knife skills and preparation techniques):
- Spiced Beetroot and Coconut Soup
- Salmon and Chia Seed Cakes with Avocado and Dill Salad
- Chopped Vegetable Salad with Spiced Peanut Dressing
- Lentils with Butternut Squash, Spinach and Tomato
However, these recipes are guidelines rather than rules—our focus is on skills and techniques you can apply to all your cooking, from key knife skills to how to balance textures. We keep our classes small in order for every student to be able to receive individual attention from our instructors. After class, you'll sit down to enjoy the meal you've cooked, and walk away with the know-how to seamlessly integrate healthy vegetables, fruits and protein into your home cooking.
Age Restriction: 16+

Diets & Allergens: This class can be adapted to pescatarian, dairy-free, gluten-free, and nut-free diets. Cancellation Policy: You must notify our customer service team via LiveChat, email (email@example.com) or phone (020 7043 1478) 10 full business days before your scheduled class to get a refund. You can transfer your seat to a different date or class if you notify us 5 full business days before your scheduled class. Any changes made within 5 full business days of the class cannot be accepted. Due to our small class sizes and to avoid increases in our ticket prices, there are no exceptions to this policy, including illness or any other reason. However, you are welcome to transfer your tickets to any friends or family who can go in your place. For our full T&C's, click here.
Note: Due to rising costs of operation, we are increasing the price of our 2024 classes to £125 per seat. This allows us to maintain our standards for sourcing high-quality ingredients, as well as fairly compensating our cook school team. If you have an existing £115 or £230 cook school voucher, it can be redeemed for any scheduled cook school class without extra charge – this class must be booked before 15 April 2024. Cook school gift cards valued at other amounts can be redeemed at their face value.
