In this online class, which takes place on Zoom, we'll teach you how to make pizza dough and tomato sauce from scratch. You have the option to fold that pizza in half to make a vegetable-filled calzone, or just enjoy the pizza as is, with toppings of your choice. We’ll also teach you the basics of proofing and kneading dough, which will open doors to all kinds of future bread endeavours.
