Made in Germany, this stainless steel oyster knife from Triangle quickly and easily breaks through tough oyster shells. The narrow, continuous blade and shell-shaped plastic handle with a knife guard carries much less risk of injury than the wider, more conventional oyster shucker. Though dishwasher-safe, we recommend hand-washing for optimal care.
