While some of our cookware sets were pieced together by the brands themselves, others were curated personally by our team. 


Mauviel


M'150S, M'150B, M'200CI, M'200B

Mauviel's M’Heritage range of copper cookware combines 90% copper with 10% stainless steel for superior heat responsiveness with a durable lining that will never wear down. The M'150S and M'150B ranges contain 1.5mm thick copper, and the M'200 ranges have 2mm copper.

The benefit of one over the other comes down to the weight of the pans: M'200, due to more copper, is heavier than M'150. Professional chefs tend to choose M'200 pans it for their stronger heat responsiveness and durability, which can withstand heavy restaurant-level use.

Various handle options of cast iron, brass or cast stainless steel give each range an aesthetic option for every cook, but note that stainless steel handles stay comparatively cooler than the others. 

Copper pans are not dishwasher-safe. M'Heritage copper cookware is not suitable for induction hobs, but will work on all others including gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and the AGA.

M'6S

M'6S, Mauviel's induction copper range, blends state-of-the-art technology with French culinary tradition. The six-layer construction combines the best features of stainless steel, aluminium and copper to ensure exceptional performance and ease of maintenance. The items in this range feature a drip-free edge and comfortable handles fixed by sturdy rivets. These pans are not dishwasher-safe. They will work on all hobs including induction. 

M'Cook

Mauviel's M'Cook and M'CookB ranges are comprised of five-ply stainless steel pans that have exterior and interior layers of 18/10 stainless steel, and three layers of aluminium that provide fast and uniform heat distribution. Some pieces in the collection feature a non-stick interior. The handles are made from stainless steel, which reinforces the pure and modern design of this range (and stay cool as you cook on the hob). We do not recommend these pans for dishwasher use, as harsh detergents make the edges of these pans feel sharp with time. They are suitable for all hobs including induction. It's a team favourite, which is why we have a large range of pieces in this collection.

M’Stone

The M’Stone collection of non-stick pans is made from food-safe anodised aluminium. Features include induction-compatible bottoms and handles made of stay-cool stainless steel. These pans are not dishwasher-safe. They are suitable for all hobs including induction, and can be used in the oven. Non-stick pan sets are available in this collection, as well as individual pieces like oval fish pans and roasting pans. M’Elite

M'Elite is a special range from Mauviel that has a hand-hammered finish for a beautiful presentation on the table. 


All-Clad


Copper Core

Every piece of All-Clad Copper Core is handcrafted and composed of alternating layers of stainless steel and aluminium with a middle layer of copper. This composition spreads heat quickly and evenly and allows for ultimate temperature control and precision. Items are manufactured in the United States to the most stringent environmental standards and features:

  • A 5-ply construction of aluminium, stainless steel and copper - not only on the bottom but up the sides of each piece - distributing heat evenly and providing professional results
  • 18/10 stainless steel interior cooking surface that will not react with food and cleans effortlessly
  • Long handles cast from solid stainless steel and ergonomically designed for comfort and to stay cool on the hob
  • Rivets formed from high-yield-strength stainless steel and treated to remove trace elements of iron that could cause corrosion

All-Clad Copper Core can be used on all hobs including induction. We recommend hand washing only, to keep the lustre of the exposed copper band and ensure durability. An occasional polish of the copper band is recommended.

TriPly (D3)

All-Clad’s most popular range. We stock both a 3-piece set and a 6-piece set.
This range features:

  • Premium tri-ply construction throughout the pan to deliver even heat distribution
  • 18/10 stainless steel interior cooking surface that will not react with food and cleans effortlessly
  • Long handles cast from solid stainless steel and ergonomically designed for comfort and to stay cool on the hob
  • High-polished mirror finish exterior

D5

All-Clad’s D5 collection delivers superior heat distribution and is suitable for all hobs including induction. The only cookware of its kind. All-Clad D5 features:

  • A patented 5-ply bonded construction throughout the pan with alternating layers of stainless steel and aluminium
  • Starburst-polished 18/10 stainless steel interiors that are non-reactive to food
  • Riveted stay-cool handles and flared pouring rims
  • A lustrous brushed stainless steel exterior that is fingerprint-free
  • High-polished mirror finish exterior

This layered construction prevents warping and enables even heating. The All-Clad cookware’s three layers of PFOA-free nonstick coating on the frying pans ensure effortless food release and make cleanup a breeze. Though oven and grill-safe (except for nonstick surfaces), we do not recommend putting these pans in the dishwasher, as it could wear down the steel.


De Buyer


Prima Matera Induction Copper Cookware

Made of 90% copper and 10% stainless steel with a stainless steel interior, the items in this range are equipped with an innovative iron-magnet stainless steel base. This means the cookware is suitable for the oven and all hobs, including induction. Riveted, long handles and side handles in either stainless steel (Prima Matera SS) or cast iron (Prima Matera CI) are designed to be ergonomically comfortable. These pots and pans are to be hand washed and we recommend you use a copper cleaner from time to time to keep them looking their best.


Finex


Each pan is fashioned by hand and takes approximately 12 hours to complete. They are hand-dipped and tumbled to perfection, pre-seasoned with organic flaxseed oil and thick enough to properly maintain heat while cooking.

Unique features include:

  • Eight-sided design featuring six pouring spouts

The grill pans feature true BBQ-width grill ribs to give outstanding cross-hatch grilling marks whether on the stove, grill or over the coals. And last, but not least, Finex offers a lifetime ‘good forever with honest use’ guarantee.


Silampos


Silampos TriPly pots and pans are clad, from base to rim, with three layers of metal: non-reactive and induction-compatible stainless steel on the outside with a core of heat-responsive aluminium. This construction heats food uniformly and retains that heat well. The stainless steel is polished on the outside for a mirror finish and brushed on the inside. The oversized handles make it easy to manoeuvre and a curved rim prevents liquids from trailing along the side of the pan when pouring. The tight-fitting lids include a tall and wide handle that’s easy to lift. This casserole is oven-compatible up to 200C and dishwasher-safe, though hand-washing will extend its durability.
