And second, the design of the press and filters prevents over-extracted coffee from entering your beverage once the plunger is pushed down.

The Espro Travel Press for Coffee

It's designed so you can make your favourite brew right inside, seal it with the travel lid, throw it in your bag and go. The vacuum-insulated container keeps it hot for hours.

Care and Maintenance

Hand washing is recommended for the Espro Stainless though it is dishwasher friendly on the top rack.

The Espro filter is BPA, BPS and phthalate-free. To ensure you’re getting the best cup of coffee possible, separate the double micro-filter with a twist and wash both filters thoroughly with soap and water.

To clean trapped particles of coffee in the screen itself, fill the press about halfway with hot water and add about 1/2 tsp of espresso machine cleaner or coffee machine cleaner (not descaler). Plunge the filter in as if you are making coffee and let it soak for about ten to fifteen minutes. Rinse all the parts thoroughly before the next use.
