Product Recall

At Borough Kitchen, the safety and satisfaction of our customers are our highest priorities. While we carefully and rigorously test every piece of kit we stock, occasionally a supplier may issue a product recall or safety notice, even after we have stopped stocking that particular brand or item.

In such instances, we are committed to ensuring you have the information you need to act quickly and safely.

What To Do If A Product You Purchased From Us Is Recalled

If a product you have purchased from Borough Kitchen is subject to a recall:

  • Stop using the product immediately.

  • Check the model or batch number. Recalls often apply to specific production runs.

  • Keep the product in a safe place. Do not dispose of it until you have received instructions from us or the manufacturer, as you may need to return it to receive a refund or replacement.

  • Most recalls are handled directly by the supplier, and their contact information will be on the recall notice. If you are unable to reach them, or not sure how to reach them, contact us at online@boroughkitchen.com and we will do our best to assist you.

In the event of a product recall, we endeavor to contact every customer affected, using the contact email provided at the time of purchase.
