The following delivery timings are for items marked "in stock". For any other items, the lead time will be shown on the product page. If your order includes any items with longer dispatch times, we will send your order only once all items are available.

UK Pre-10.30am	£5 when you spend £60 (£10 otherwise)	Order by 2pm on any working day for delivery by 10.30am within 1-2 working days
UK Weekend	£6 when you spend £60 (£12 otherwise)	Order by noon on Friday for delivery on Saturday or Sunday
Northern Ireland	£7 when you spend £60 (£13 otherwise)	Order by 2pm on any working day for delivery within 1-2 working days
Adult Signature Required (for knives, including cutlery knives)	FREE when you spend £60 (£6 otherwise)	Order by 2pm on any working day for delivery within 1-2 working days. Photo ID and a PIN provided by DPD prior to delivery will be requested at point of delivery if you are lucky enough to look under 25 years of age.

 

Please note, that surcharges and slightly longer lead-times apply for the Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight and other non-mainland UK addresses. Working days are weekdays other than Statutory/Bank Holidays. 

 

Christmas Delivery

Please place your order by the dates listed below for delivery in time for Christmas Day. 

All Mainland UK Deliveries: Monday, 22 December by 12pm
Express EU & Non-Mainland UK Deliveries: Friday, 19th December by 12pm
Economy EU & Non-Mainland UK Deliveries: Monday, 15th December by 12pm
Express Global Deliveries: Sunday, 14 December by 12pm
Economy Global Deliveries: Thursday, 4 December by 12pm

UK Click & Collect

Click & Collect is currently only available in our Islington store. You will receive a pick up confirmation email when your order is ready to be collected. You will need to bring proof of ID (for the person the order is addressed to) such as a current photo driver's licence or passport. 

International Delivery

Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man	Free shipping may be available subject to a minimum order value. Otherwise, shipping charges vary by area (from £6.00).	Order by 2pm on any working day. Delivery within 5-21 working days from dispatch.
Worldwide	Free shipping may be available subject to a minimum order value. Otherwise, shipping charges vary by country.	Delivery times vary by country - please see the delivery estimate in the checkout.

 

You can choose to pre-pay any local customs, duties and taxes in our checkout so there will be no surprise or additional charges to pay later.

Do You Need to Return or Exchange an Item?

We are happy to offer a 365-day return policy. You are entitled to a full refund for the first 60 days from purchase, and store credit for the remaining year. Items must be unused and in re-sellable condition, in the original packaging. See our detailed Returns Policy here.
