Baking Dishes, Sheet Pans & Trays
We have a selection of baking dishes, sheet pans, roulade pans, perforated sheets, and borderless trays for all kinds of baked goods. As a rule of thumb, use pans with higher sides for liquidy batters that need to be contained (i.e. cakes and puddings), and pans with lower sides for foods you want to crisp (i.e. biscuits, buns, scones).
