Price Match

We believe in offering fair, competitive prices year-round, and always check our prices against other retailers. However, if you have found an item we carry for a lower price at a different retailer, let us know. We will happily price match identical in-stock items sold by reputable retailers in the UK and abroad, including Amazon (see ‘Terms & Conditions’ below).

Price Match differences can be redeemed by emailing our Customer Care team at online@boroughkitchen.com or via live chat on our website. Alternatively, you can visit any of our five London stores. (See more details in the ‘How to Request a Price Match’ section below.)

Terms & Conditions

1. The product must be identical. 

The item you want to price match must be the exact same item (the same size and colour, with the same accessories). It must be brand new and in the manufacturer’s packaging.

2. Prices will be matched against the final delivered price, including shipping, duties, and taxes.

The retailer can be UK-based or international – as long as the total price including duties, VAT, taxes and shipping can be calculated on that retailer's website (at the checkout page).

3. The product must be sold by a reputable retailer, i.e. an authorised retailer of that product, who purchases it directly from the brand or its distributor.

This includes Amazon, department stores, cook shops, homeware shops, garden centres or the brand themselves. The retailer can be UK-based or international – as long as the total price including duties, VAT, taxes and shipping can be calculated on that retailer's website. We do not price match third-party resellers such as eBay, Amazon Marketplace vendors, auction sites, or other marketplaces with new or second-hand goods.

4. The product must be in-stock and ready to ship within a week.

We will not price match items that are discontinued by or out of stock in other retailers.

How to Request a Price Match

To have us price match an item, please email online@boroughkitchen.com or contact us via LiveChat with the website link to the product you have found online, and a screenshot of the entire page, including the date and time, in addition to the link. You will need to confirm the size, colour and price you would like us to match. We’ll take care of it from there. You are also welcome to price-match at any of our shops – just ask a member of our team about price matching, and show them the advertised price so they can verify it. They can either apply it onto a purchase you make at the store, or request our Customer Care team to send you the store credit via email.
