What qualifies for price matching and what do I need to do?
The item must be the exact same item (the same size, colour and options/accessories) and must be sold by another reputable UK-based retailer. Reputable retailers will include well-known retailers both online and offline, including department stores, speciality cook shops and Amazon (only for items sold directly by Amazon). We do not price match third-party resellers such as eBay or Amazon Marketplace vendors or vendors shipping into the UK from abroad, as these vendors are not usually able to provide customers with a valid UK warranty, may offer varying degrees of post-purchase support, and some may not be able to guarantee the provenance of their supplies. The items must be in stock and available immediately for shipping. The competitor's total price, including any shipping charges, will be compared against our total price. We are not able to price match products sold below the manufacturer's cost to us.
To have us price match, please email us the link to the product you have found online and confirm the size, colour and price you would like us to match. We’ll take care of it from there. You are also welcome to price-match at any of our shops - just ask one of our team and show them the advertised price so they can verify the price and match it on the spot.

Whether buying online or in-store, we offer a 100-day refund policy; simply contact us and return any unwanted items to us for a full refund. The items must be unused, resalable and in the original packaging. After informing of the return, we will advise you it’s ready to return to us. You are welcome to send the item back to us using a track-and-trace, insured delivery method (Royal Mail or another reputable courier) or directly into one of our shops if that is convenient. Alternatively, we can arrange the collection from your home or another address using Parcelforce at their standard fee (£10). If you are returning because of manufacturing defect or have a warranty issue, please contact us and we will arrange for a refund, replacement or warranty service for you.
