Multi-Ply Pans
Multi-ply pans layer heat-conducting metals, like aluminium or copper, with stainless steel. (Only the stainless steel comes in contact with your ingredients or heat source, for safety, durability, and induction hob–compatibility.) The result? A quicker, more even heat spread, resulting in food that is more enjoyable to prepare and eat. We carry a range of tri-ply (three layer) and five-ply (five layer) pans from Mauviel, All-Clad, Silampos, and Hestan.
