Is Zwiesel dishwasher safe?

Yes. Zwiesel glassware is certified to be safe for over 3000 domestic dishwasher cycles. In hard-water areas, condensed limescale particles can be removed with a lint-free towel.

Is Zwiesel TRITAN® crystal lead-free?

Contrary to Lead or Barium, the oxides in Zwiesel glassware are chemically inactive and therefore transmit no toxic threat to the environment or consumers. Additionally, TRITAN® crystal glass has an ISO eco-profile and performance certification. This means you can also dispose of Zwiesel glass in a recycling facility.
