This De Buyer Moul'flex Mould is perfect for muffins, fondants, and other sweet or savoury goods. The flexible mould is made of premium platinum silicone for better tensile strength and evenly distributes heat. Naturally non-stick, it turns out muffins effortlessly and is easy to clean.
Tip: Grease before first use and place on a perforated baking tray for better airflow.
