Product Details
The vintage styling of this beautiful traditional pasta machine celebrates the tradition of Marcato and their founder, Otello. With 7 settings for pasta thickness, anodised aluminium rollers, and fettucini and tagliolini attachments, this pasta machine blends vintage aesthetics with modern-day technology. There is more space and room for air under the machine that makes pasta easier to manoeuvre. Marcato's signature rollers allow for a more porous dough, which improves how well sauce catches to pasta. Strictly limited edition, with a run of only 2000 machines, the Otello is numbered by hand and finished in a high shine chrome, with a wooden base and handle.
Why we love it
'As practical as it is beautiful, the Otello will be appreciated by both novices and fresh pasta experts alike.'

About The Brand
Marcato
In 1930, Otello Marcato made the first-ever pasta rolling machine in a workshop behind his house and sold them to neighbours on his bicycle. He opened a factory in Campodarsego, Padua, eight years later, where Marcato still produces all of their products today. Their machines are recognized all over the world for unbeatable quality. Their 100+ employees pack up to 2,500 pasta machines a day and 250,000 rollers a month with an extremely low rate of defects, reusing most of the product waste in order to embrace a principle of ecological circularity.
