Product Details

The Mauviel M'Stone Saute Casserole with Glass Lid stands out for its versatile size—it is just as comfortable frying as it is braising or making a curry. The oversized handles allow you to lift and transfer the pan safely from the hob to the oven. Like the other pans in the M'Stone range, this pan is lightweight yet sturdy and finished with three layers of PFOA-free Eclipse Plus non-stick coating. Compatible with all hobs including induction. For info on how to extend the life of a non-stick pan, read our guide.

Mauviel M’Stone pans are made of anodised aluminium that’s soft by nature. They are polished and finished by hand. The pans (including handles) often have minor abrasions, small black marks or scuffs as a result. These are considered normal and do not have any impact on performance and durability.

The business has remained in the Mauviel family for seven generations, and it employs 70 highly skilled and experienced artisans to make just over 1000 unique products.

From creation to completion, the artistry with which Mauviel produces each piece demonstrates why the brand sits among the top tier of its industry. Thoughtful details like pouring rims and recessed handles, plus how neatly pieces in various ranges stack together, make using their cookware feel enjoyable. Their products are made to last a lifetime.
