Product Details
Zwiesel is highly regarded across the hospitality industry as leaders in fine glassware for wine and spirits. Their led- and barium-free glassware is made in Germany using a high-temperature production process that tempers the glass to make it strong while maintaining a clear, brilliant sheen. The machine-made Vervino series is marked by thin-walled bowls, refined stems and wide bottom plates, elements suggested by expert sommeliers to bring out the bouquet of different grape varieties. This Champagne flute, which comes in a set of two, has a ‘sparkling point’ etched to the bottom of the bowl and a wide mouth to encourage bubbles.
Why we love it
‘Zwiesel is the most trusted glassware maker in the hospitality industry. You can tell if a class is “Zwiesel quality” just by the sound it makes when clinked.’

The workmanship is so specialised that you can tell a glass is made by Zwiesel from the way it sounds when clinked.
