The 3-ply sandwich base distributes heat quickly and evenly. In the oven, the lid seals tight for slow cooking so that little additional liquid is required. The lid also can double as a frying pan, and the removable grill insert is perfect for vegetables, fish, and more. Suitable for all hobs, even induction.
