Justin's Immunity Booster

Serves: 2-3

Makes about 750ml, or 2-3 servings

1 chunk ginger (about the size of a lime)
1 piece fresh turmeric (about 5cm)
2 apples, whole
750g carrots
2 fresh beets (young)

  1. Set pitchers under the pulp and juice ends of your juicer.

  2. Remove the stems from the beets and cut ginger to small pieces. (There’s no need to peel any of the ingredients.) Flip open the gate and add all the ingredients one by one, pushing down with the chute if needed. Pour into glasses and enjoy!

  • If you don't have fresh turmeric, add 1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder, or more to taste

  • You can wash and add beet greens or carrot top greens to this recipe for added colour
