Product Details

All-Clad’s Copper Core range adapts copper for modern kitchens. This saucepan, from base to rim, heats quickly and evenly because it is clad with five layers of metal: 18/10 stainless steel on the outside, two supportive layers of heat-responsive aluminium, and a core of copper, making it induction-compatible. A vented, stay-cool handle ensures a comfortable grip, and curved rims allow easy, drip-free pouring. It comes with a tight-fitting lid that retains moisture well. A thin band of exposed copper is visible from the outside, an accent that gives this range its singular look. Also available in a smaller size (17cm) with one handle.

About The Brand

All-Clad

All-Clad was founded John Ulam, a renowned metallurgist whose inventions transformed the automobile, aerospace, and mint coin industries. An avid home cook, he applied his knowledge of bonding metals with very different properties, such as stainless steel and aluminium, together to make pans. The result was cookware that cooked food more evenly, was easy to clean, didn’t alter flavours, and didn’t tarnish or warp. So when All-Clad opened the doors to their Canonsburg, Pennsylvania factory in 1971, cookware was yet another industry he transformed.
