Made for Borough Kitchen by Lantex, a company based in East Lancashire’s traditional cotton and textile heartland since 1918, this multi-purpose cotton cloth is ideal for preserving, straining, cheese making, pudding and more. Create homemade herb and spice bags to flavour soups and stocks, infuse poaching liquids or make mulled wine. The cloth also can be used for cleaning and polishing. Cut to size as required.
