Founded in 1963, Cutipol is a family-run company that specialises in cutlery with sober, fine lines that are pleasant to the touch. Each piece is handmade in Portugal, which allows for great attention to detail and quality control. The Goa range is their most recognisable; inspired by paintbrushes, it is a balance of Eastern and Western culinary design. Every piece is made of brushed 18/10 stainless steel that's resistant to rust, scratches and fading. The collection has sleek handles that look and feel like wood, but are made from resin—making these chopsticks dishwasher-safe. (However, it is best to minimise contact with dishwasher steam by removing it as soon as the cycle ends.) The resin also looks as good as new when rubbed with a few drops of food-safe oil. These two pairs of chopsticks with matching rests are ideal for enjoying sushi and sashimi, or any number of Asian dishes. Presented in a gift box.
Why we love it'Cutipol's Goa range is light, elegant and timeless. You'll spot it in magazine spreads and galas frequently, but it's just as suitable for dinner parties at home.'
