To use, coat the poacher with oil and crack your egg in. Bring 5-10cm of water to the boil. Reduce the heat and place the poachers in the pan. Cover with a lid. Cook for 4-6 minutes. The food-safe silicone easily releases the egg and is also microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe. They are also great for forming jellies, ice creams and individual desserts.
