The probe thermometer measures temperatures from -10 to 110 °C with incredible accuracy and clips to the side of a milk jug to measure as you heat and froth your milk. Features an easy to read dial display with colour coded zones, including a clearly marked zone for the ideal temperature for frothing. It comes with a calibration spanner and protective probe cover.
