Designed to gently break up clumps and distribute coffee grounds before tamping, it features fine metal needles that are angled for better clump removal, helping to eliminate channelling and achieve a richer and more consistent extraction. The retractable sliding mechanism helps to store and protect needles between uses. To use, slide open to reveal the needles, and gently whisk ground coffee in your portafilter before tamping.
