Their Vitaquick Premium Pressure Cooker, made from 18/10 stainless steel that’s suitable for all hobs, including induction, compresses steam to cook food 70% faster than a standard pot—stews, potatoes, curries, pulses, and a myriad of other foods are ready in 1/3 of their standard cooking times. Using steam to create pressure in the airtight pot, the pressure cooker allows higher temperatures of up to 115°C, for faster cooking of food. The Vitaquick has two levels of cooking, providing flexibility for gentle or fast food preparation. The stage two fast cooking level is ideal for meat and stews, and the stage one slow cooking level is great for delicate fish and vegetables. Featuring an energy-efficient Superthermic® base, it is suitable for all types of stoves and has even heat distribution.
