Their Vitaquick Premium Pressure Cooker, made from 18/10 stainless steel that’s suitable for all hobs, including induction, compresses steam to cook food 70% faster than a standard pot. Stews, potatoes, curries, pulses, and a myriad of other foods will be ready in 1/3 of their standard cooking times. Using steam to create pressure in the airtight pot, the pressure cooker allows higher temperatures of up to 115°C, for faster cooking. The Vitaquick has two levels of cooking, low and high, indicated by one or two white rings that appear on the valve. The two-ring intense cooking level is ideal for meat and stews, and the one-ring gentle cooking level is great for delicate meats and vegetables. Featuring an energy-efficient Superthermic® base, it is suitable for all types of hobs and has even heat distribution. It also features a pressurising function on the valve and on the handle for easy pressure regulation, and a level indicator for dosing liquids.
