Mastering French macarons requires skills that come in handy for a variety of baking tasks, from how to wield a steady hand when using a piping bag to ensuring food colouring results in the exact hue you want. Most importantly, it will teach you how to work with egg whites to create cookies with an ultra-delicate texture. In this class, we'll make macarons with fillings of salted caramel and chocolate ganache, all entirely from scratch. If you've made macarons at home unsuccessfully, or if you've always wanted to but are too nervous to attempt it on your own, this is the perfect class for you. At the end of the class, you'll take home a box of macarons and the confidence to bake like a professional.
Age Restriction: 16+; 14 and 15-year-olds are welcome to attend this class as long as they are accompanied by an adult who is also taking the class
