Fresh Gluten-Free Pasta Cooking Class



Learn how to make fresh gluten-free pasta from scratch in this foundational course, which will equip you with all the skills and techniques you need to build on that knowledge at home.

Product Details

This practical, hands-on class teaches the ABC’s of making fresh, gluten-free pasta from scratch. You'll learn the specialised skills and techniques behind kneading, rolling, and shaping wheat-free pasta, plus how to pair your pasta with the right sauce. Our goal is to ensure you leave class with the confidence to build on these skills at home. In class we will: 

  • Shape gluten-free egg pasta in long and short shapes (tagliatelle, pappardelle, cavatelli)
  • Infuse pasta with natural colour (beetroot) 
  • Prepare spinach and ricotta gnudi (AKA ‘naked pasta’) 
  • Cook both tomato and dairy-based sauces

At the end of class you’ll get to enjoy everything you’ve made and have plenty of leftovers to take home, alongside skills that will last a lifetime. Please note: We do not operate a 100% gluten-free classroom, as ingredients for other classes include gluten.

Age Restriction: 18+, or 16+ accompanied by an adult also attending the class
