Its removable grid features a uniform wire structure that promotes optimal airflow for quick, even cooling of freshly baked goods, while allowing excess fats and liquids to drain cleanly when roasting. It's great for placing freshly fried items on too. Safe for the oven and dishwasher, the tray and rack can be used together or individually. The medium (31.5cm) stainless steel sheet pan is ideal for everyday meals, smaller ovens, or single-tier batch baking; and the large (40.5cm) stainless steel sheet pan is ideal for family roasts, large tray bakes, and multi-portion cooling.
