This Sheet Pan comes from Hestan's Ovenbond range of products, which are thermal tested to be warp-resistant and maintain their shape for a lifetime. Made from 18/10 stainless steel, the pan features an aluminium core and has a tri-ply construction, which ensures the whole pan heats evenly and quickly. It's great for foods that need more crisping than moisture, like roast vegetables and pizza, but can also be used for baked goods like cookies or flatbreads, as it has the perfect height along the edges for multiple purposes. The wide, curved handles are designed for a firm hold when removing food from the oven, and the pan is dishwasher safe.
