Crafted from premium stainless steel, this set of two Mini oval Gratin dishes comes from Hestan's Provisions range. Designed in collaboration with Michelin-starred Chef Thomas Keller, the dishes are engineered to be durable enough for rigorous use in professional kitchens, but with a mirror-polish finish that makes them ideal oven-to-table dishes for home cooks. Made from 18/10 stainless steel, the dishes have a tri-ply construction with an ultra-conductive aluminium core that transfers heat evenly and efficiently. Ergonomic handles make them comfortable to hold and carry, even with gloves on, and they are warp-resistant and dishwasher-safe. The versatile oval shape makes them perfect dishes for cooking and serving a variety of staple side dishes like gratins, creamed spinach, macaroni and cheese, or individual potato Dauphinoise.
