An interchangeable disc that affixes to the rolling mechanism of any HORL 3 or HORL 3 Pro knife sharpener, this fine whetstone disc provides an extra layer of sharpness. It is an additional disc that must be used after the standard HORL ceramic disc (included in every HORL sharpener), and before the HORL 3 Extra Fine Whetstone Disc. The approximate grit of this stone is 3000. To use, simply twist off an existing disc from a compatible HORL 3 roller, replace it with this one, and stroke the knife blade against the disc until you achieve a desirable level of sharpness. (Read our guide on how to check the sharpness of a knife blade.) The disc can be used without water. Not compatible with HORL 2 sharpeners or accessories.
