Kai Shun adapts centuries-old samurai blacksmithing to make exceptional Japanese knives and kitchen tools for the modern cook. This Ham Slicer has an extremely long and thin blade which makes it perfect for cutting slices of ham. The flexible blade is made from AUS8A steel (no damask). The full tang of the knife extends the length of the ergonomically designed Pakkawood handle for extra strength.
