This Kuhn Rikon Milk Pan has a five-ply multi-layer construction with a 14cm diameter and a 1.4 litre capacity, making it ideal for quickly cooking smaller portions of food. Made of premium stainless steel surrounding three core layers of heat-conductive aluminium, the pan has a 3.2mm thickness for seamless heat distribution. This multi-layer design spreads heat rapidly and evenly across the whole pan and up to the rim. The premium 3-layer PTFE non-stick coating ensures effortless food release and quick clean-up without requiring much butter or oil. A stay-cool ergonomic handle remains comfortable to use, even at high temperatures, and a closed-rim design makes pouring ingredients into a pan or bowl easy without dripping. Oven-safe up to 240°C, the pan is also dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended to extend the non-stick lifespan. Ideal for warming milk or butter, the pan is also great for making small portions of porridge, eggs, sauce, or polenta.
